SCANPAN - TECHNIQ MODERN SKILLET - 30CM
Meet the Scanpan TechnIQ Modern Skillet, a fresh take on a classic frying pan. Its commercial grade non-stick surface gives perfect food release. The Stratanium+ coating delivers exceptional searing results with little or no oil.
The lower, slanted walls make turning food easy. They also let steam escape so the pan stays dry and a good crust can form. The rounded base makes whisking simple and helps food slide out. The extra long handle is well balanced for moving the pan around as you cook.
Designed and made in Denmark, this 30cm skillet suits all cooktops including induction. It is ideal for dishes that go from cooktop to oven, and is oven safe to 250°C. The lid is not included.

Care and Use: Heat to medium for a few minutes before frying, with or without oil. Take care not to overheat the pan, as this reduces the non-stick effect. Avoid aerosol sprsprays, which burn at lower temperatures. Clean while the pan is still warm. Leave it to cool for 5 minutes, then wash in hot soapy water with a soft nylon scourer. Never use harsh or abrasive cloths or cleaners. Although it is dishwasher safe, hand washing is recommended to extend the life of the pan. Stainless steel handles may get hot over time, so you may need an oven mitt.
