Stir fry with ease using the Scanpan Impact 32cm Wok. Designed by Scanpan's Danish team, it is a stylish piece for Asian cooking, with a two tone matt and polished look that suits any kitchen.

Made from high quality 18/10 stainless steel, the wok has a 6.4mm thick bonded sandwich base for even heat distribution and a mirror polished interior. The handles are secured with rivets and the rim is shaped for drip-free pouring. It works on all cooktops, including induction, and is sold without a lid.

Care and Use: Before first use, wash in hot soapy water with a nylon cloth or brush and avoid harsh scourers. After cooking, let the wok cool before washing. Do not put cold water in a hot pan, and do not use excessive high heat, as this can cause heat tint or streak marks. The range is dishwasher safe, but hand washing is recommended to extend the life of the product.
