SCANPAN - CLASSIC WOK - 30CM
Cook up stir fries and Asian favourites with the Scanpan Classic Wok. Designed and made in Denmark, it has an exclusive Stratanium non-stick surface that is PFOA free. Its handle is attached with a patented system that uses no rivets, screws or springs.
Part of the Scanpan Classic collection, which offers more than 50 individual pieces, this wok is made from 100% recycled squeeze cast aluminium for even heat distribution and long-lasting durability. It is oven safe to 250°C and suitable for all energy sources except induction.
Care and Use: Before first use, wash in hot soapy water with a nylon brush and avoid harsh scourers. After cooking, use a soft nylon scourer and hot soapy water to remove all food fat and residue. Avoid harsh or abrasive cloths and cleaning liquids or pastes, and dry and store the wok appropriately. Although it is dishwasher safe, hand washing is recommended to extend the life of the product. Do not use excessive high heat.
