SCANPAN - CLASSIC WOK - 36CM
Stir-fry with confidence using the Scanpan Classic Wok, a 36cm pan designed for stir fries and Asian cooking. Made in Denmark from 100% recycled squeeze cast aluminium, it has an exclusive Stratanium non-stick surface that is PFOA free. The handle is fixed to the body with a patented system that uses no rivets, screws or springs.
Part of the Classic collection, the original SCANPAN line, this wok is oven safe to 250°C and offers even heat distribution. It is suitable for all energy sources except induction.
Material: 100% recycled squeeze cast aluminium
Oven Safe: Up to 250°C
Care and Use: Before first use, wash in hot soapy water with a nylon brush and avoid harsh scourers. For routine cleaning, use a soft nylon scourer and hot soapy water, and never use harsh or abrasive cloths or cleaning liquids or pastes. Hand washing is recommended to extend the life of the wok, although it is dishwasher safe. Do not use excessive high heat.
