SCANPAN - CLASSIC INDUCTION WOK - 32CM
Bring the Scanpan Classic Induction 32cm Wok into your kitchen for everyday stir frying and more. Its exclusive STRATANIUM non-stick coating offers excellent release, wear resistance and unique frying properties. The heat resistant handles are attached with a patented system that uses no rivets, screws or springs, which makes cleaning up after cooking easier.
Hand crafted in Denmark from 93% to 96% recycled aluminium, this wok has a squeeze cast aluminium body for quick, even heat distribution. It is designed for all cooktops including induction, is ovenproof to 250°C and is PFOA free.
Dimensions: 32cm Diameter
Care and Use: Heat the wok to medium for a few minutes before cooking. Leave it to cool for 5 minutes before washing in hot water with washing up liquid and a soft nylon scourer. Avoid harsh or abrasive cloths and cleaning liquids, and avoid overheating. Hand washing is recommended to extend the life of the wok, although it is dishwasher safe.
