Make big-batch cooking easy with the Scanpan Impact Universal Stockpot. Designed in Denmark as part of the popular stainless steel Impact range, it has a stylish two tone matt and polished finish. The glass lid lets you keep an eye on dinner without lifting it.

A 6.4mm thick bonded sandwich base helps spread heat evenly, and the rim is shaped for drip-free pouring. The handles are secured with heavy duty rivets. Capacity markings on the polished interior make measuring simple and accurate. It suits all energy sources, including induction, and is oven safe to 220°C with the lid or 250°C without.

Care and Use: Before first use, wash in hot soapy water with a nylon cloth or brush, and avoid harsh scourers. After cooking, let the pot cool before washing, as cold water in a hot pan is not recommended. Remove food and fat residue with hot soapy water and a nylon cloth or brush. Do not use excessive high heat, as it can cause heat tint or streak marks. To remove streak marks, rub on a paste of 2 tablespoons of bi-carb soda mixed with water using a soft cloth, then rinse off.
