Cook with confidence in the Scanpan Classic Induction Tall Dutch Oven. Its exclusive Stratanium non-stick coating combines strong non-stick performance, wear resistance and versatile frying in one surface, and it is PFOA free. Hand crafted in Denmark from 93% to 96% recycled aluminium, the squeeze cast body heats quickly and distributes heat evenly.

The heat resistant handles are attached with a patented system that uses no rivets, screws or springs, which makes cleaning up simple. It suits all cooktops including induction, can move straight from the cooktop to the oven up to 250°C, and is suitable for metal utensils. The pan is guaranteed not to warp and comes with a 10 year warranty against manufacturing defects.

Care and Use: Heat the pan to medium for a few minutes before cooking, with or without oil, and avoid overheating as this reduces the non-stick effect. Using an aerosol spray is not recommended. Clean while the pan is still warm, after leaving it to cool for 5 minutes, using hot water, washing up liquid and a soft nylon scourer. It is dishwasher safe, but hand washing is recommended to extend the life of the product.
