SCANPAN - IMPACT TAGINE - 28CM
Bring a little North African flair to your table with the Scanpan Impact Tagine. It goes from cooktop to tabletop, and its stylish two tone matt and polished finish and ceramic lid look good on the table. The base doubles as a serving dish that helps keep the food warm. The conical lid mixes and preserves the flavours of your ingredients, so you can make rich, flavourful dishes.
This 28cm tagine has a sturdy 6.4mm sandwich base for even heat distribution. It also has handy measuring markings on the inside and a rim designed to prevent dripping. The body is made from a minimum of 90% recycled steel. It suits all cookers, and it can be used in the oven or on a gas burner, such as the one on a grill. It is ovenproof to 250°C, including the lid.
