Make soups, stews and pasta for the whole family with the Scanpan Impact Stockpot. This 24cm size holds 7.2 litres, a hearty size for bigger meals. It has a stylish two tone matt and polished finish, and the tempered glass lid lets you keep an eye on your cooking.

Made from high quality 18/10 stainless steel, it has a thick 6.4mm bonded base for excellent heat distribution. The rim is designed for drip-free pouring, and the handles are secured with rivets. The inside has a mirror polish with capacity markings. It suits all cooktops including induction, and is oven safe to 220°C with the lid or 250°C without. It comes with a 10 year warranty against manufacturing defects.

Care and Use: Before first use, wash in hot soapy water with a nylon cloth or brush, and avoid harsh scourers. Don't put cold water into a hot pot. Wait until it cools, then remove food and fat residue with hot soapy water. Do not use excessive high heat, as this can cause heat tint or streak marks. To remove streak marks, rub on a paste of 2 tablespoons of bi-carb soda and water with a soft cloth, then rinse. Although the range is dishwasher safe, hand washing is recommended to extend the life of the pot.
