Make big-batch cooking easier with the Scanpan Coppernox Stock Pot. The base is impact bonded with a copper wedge for rapid, even heat distribution. The wedge sits between two layers of aluminium, wrapped in stainless steel, to help retain heat and avoid hot spots.

The 18/10 mirror polished stainless steel body has inside capacity markings and a drip-free pouring rim. The sturdy lid has a stainless steel rim and a tempered glass insert, so you can watch the cooking as it happens. Cast stainless steel handles have soft touch, stay-cool silicone inserts and are secured with rivets. It suits all cooktops, including induction, and is oven safe to 220°C. It is backed by a 10 year warranty against manufacturing defects.

Care and Use: Before first use, wash in hot soapy water with a nylon cloth or brush and avoid harsh scourers. After cooking, let the pot cool before adding water, then clean with hot soapy water. Do not use excessive high heat, as it can cause heat tint or streak marks. Although the range is dishwasher safe, hand washing is recommended to extend its life.
