Part of the popular Impact range from Scanpan's Danish designers, this pot has a 6.4mm thick bonded sandwich base for optimal heat distribution. It suits all cooktops including induction, and is oven safe to 220°C without the lid or 250°C with it. The drip-free pouring rim and rivet-secured handles make it easy and secure to use, and the polished interior finish suits any kitchen. It comes with a 10 year warranty against manufacturing defects.

Care and Use: Before first use, wash in hot soapy water with a nylon cloth or brush and avoid harsh scourers. After cooking, let the pot cool before washing, and do not use excessive high heat, which can cause heat tint or streak marks. To remove streak marks, mix 2 tablespoons of bi-carb soda with water to make a paste. Apply it with a soft cloth in a circular motion, then rinse off. The range is dishwasher safe, but hand washing is recommended to extend the life of the pot.
