The 6.4mm thick bonded sandwich base helps spread heat evenly. The rim is shaped for drip-free pouring, the handles are secured with rivets, and the tempered glass lid makes for safe, easy viewing. It suits all cooktops including induction and comes with a 10 year warranty against manufacturing defects.

Care and Use: Before first use, wash in hot soapy water with a nylon cloth or brush and avoid harsh scourers. After cooking, let the pot cool before cleaning, as cold water in a hot pan is not recommended. Remove food and fat residue with hot soapy water and a nylon cloth or brush. Avoid excessive high heat, which can cause heat tint or streak marks. Dishwasher safe, although hand washing is recommended to extend the life of the pot. Oven-safe to 220°C/250°C with/without lid.
