Take your grilling further with the Scanpan Classic Induction Square Grill Pan. Its 27cm x 27cm square shape is finished with SCANPAN's exclusive Stratanium non-stick coating, which combines non-stick performance, wear resistance and unique frying properties.

Hand crafted in Denmark from 93% to 96% recycled aluminium, this squeeze cast pan heats quickly and distributes heat evenly. It is PFOA free, oven safe to 250°C and suitable for all cooktops including induction, and it can move straight from the cooktop to the oven. The heat resistant handles are attached with a patented system that uses no rivets, screws or springs, which makes cleaning easier. The pan is suitable for metal utensils and guaranteed not to warp.

Care and Use: Heat the pan to medium for a few minutes before frying, with or without oil. Avoid overheating and aerosol sprays, as these reduce the non-stick effect. Clean while still warm: let it cool for 5 minutes, then wash in hot water with washing up liquid and a soft nylon scourer, avoiding harsh or abrasive cloths and cleaning products. The pan is dishwasher safe, although hand washing is recommended to extend its life.
