SCANPAN - CS SAUTE PAN - 28CM
Made for enthusiastic home cooks and professional kitchens alike, the Scanpan CS+ Saute Pan is a multifunctional pan with tall edges that make it easier to stir, add stock and slowly simmer your dishes. Its commercial-grade Stratanium+ non-stick surface is micro-textured for excellent food release and searing.
Handcrafted in Denmark, the pan has a five-layer clad aluminium construction with a brushed stainless steel exterior that spreads heat quickly and evenly and holds it well. The securely riveted handles are redesigned to stay cooler for longer, with a gentle curve for an ergonomic grip. The coating is PFOA and PFOS free. It suits all cooking surfaces, including induction, and is oven safe to 260°C.
