Cook with confidence using the Scanpan Classic Induction Saucepan, finished with the brand's exclusive Stratanium non-stick coating. The coating is designed to combine non-stick performance, wear resistance and good frying results, and the pan is PFOA free.

Hand crafted in Denmark from 93% to 96% recycled aluminium, this saucepan has a squeeze cast body for quick, even heat distribution. Its heat resistant handles are attached with a patented system that uses no rivets, screws or springs, which makes cleaning easier after cooking. It suits all cooktops including induction, is ovenproof, and can go straight from the cooktop to the oven. It is suitable for metal utensils and comes with a 10 year warranty against manufacturing defects.

Care and Use: Heat the pan to medium for a few minutes before frying, with or without oil. Avoid aerosol sprays, as they burn at lower temperatures, and do not overheat the pan, as this reduces the non-stick effect. Leave to cool for 5 minutes, then wash while still warm in hot soapy water with a soft nylon scourer. Avoid harsh or abrasive cloths and cleaning products. The pan is dishwasher safe, but hand washing is recommended to extend its life.
