The Stratanium+ non-stick surface gives exceptional searing results with little or no oil, and it is suitable for metal utensils and intensive use.

The 5 ply body has a core of 93% to 96% recycled aluminium and an outer layer of stainless steel, for even heat distribution and lasting durability. It comes with a glass lid with steam vents and a stainless steel trim and handle. Designed and made in Denmark, it suits all cooktops including induction and is ovenproof to 250°C. It is backed by a 10 year warranty against manufacturing defects.

Care and Use: Don't overheat the pan, as this reduces the non-stick effect. Heat to medium for a few minutes before frying, with or without oil. Avoid aerosol cooking sprays. Clean while still warm, after letting it cool for 5 minutes, using hot soapy water and a soft nylon scourer. Never use harsh or abrasive cloths or cleaners. The pan is dishwasher safe, but hand washing is recommended to extend its life. The stainless steel handles may get hot over time, so you may need an oven mitt.
