Bring a touch of Danish design to your kitchen with the Scanpan HaptIQ Saucepan. It has a sleek, mirror-polished stainless steel finish and a glass lid with steam vents and a stainless steel trim. The stainless steel handles are designed to stay cool longer.
HaptIQ is Scanpan's premium stainless steel non-stick range, designed and made in Denmark. The Stratanium+ non-stick surface gives great searing results with little or no oil. It is suitable for metal utensils and intensive use. The 5 ply body has a core of squeeze cast recycled aluminium and an outer layer of stainless steel for even heat distribution and durability. It suits all cooktops, including induction, and is ovenproof to 250°C. A 10 year warranty against manufacturing defects applies.

Care and Use: Avoid overheating, as this reduces the non-stick effect. Let the pan cool for about 5 minutes, then wash in hot water with washing up liquid and a soft nylon scourer. Using an aerosol spray is not recommended. The handles may get hot over time, so you may need an oven mitt.
