Bring the performance of copper and the convenience of stainless steel to your everyday cooking with the Scanpan Axis Saucepan. Its 3 ply construction wraps a copper core in stainless steel for even heat distribution and no hot spots, and the sealed edges mean no aluminium is exposed.

This 20cm saucepan has a helper handle and a dome tempered glass lid, so you can keep an eye on dinner without lifting the lid. The handles are permanently secured with rivets for strength and hygiene, and the satin finish inside has capacity markings for accurate results. It suits all energy sources, including induction, and is oven safe to 220°C/250°C with/without the lid.

Material: 18/10 and 18/0 stainless steel with a copper core, tempered glass lid

Care and Use: Wash in hot soapy water before first use and avoid harsh scourers. Never put cold water into a hot pan, avoid excessive high heat, and never use oven cleaner. Remove all food fat and residue after cooking. Although it is dishwasher safe, hand washing is recommended to extend the life of the product.
