SCANPAN - HAPTIQ SAUCEPAN - 18CM
Meet the Scanpan HaptIQ Saucepan in the 18cm size. It comes from the latest premium stainless steel non-stick SCANPAN range, designed and made in Denmark. The sleek, polished surfaces suit a stylish kitchen. The Stratanium+ non-stick surface gives great searing results with little or no oil. It is suitable for metal utensils and intensive use.
The 5 ply body has a core of 93% - 96% recycled aluminium and an outer layer of stainless steel for even heat distribution and durability. A glass lid with steam vents and a stainless steel trim and handle is included. The mirror polished handle is designed to stay cool longer. This saucepan suits all cooktops including induction and is ovenproof to 250°C

Capacity: 2.5L
Care and Use: Take care not to overheat the pan, as this reduces the non-stick effect. Heat to medium for a few minutes before frying, with or without oil. Avoid aerosol sprays. For best results, clean while still warm. Leave to cool for 5 minutes, then wash in hot water with washing up liquid. The stainless steel handle may get hot over time, so you may need an oven mitt.
