Its 5 layer, 3 ply construction has a copper core for even heat distribution, and the sealed edges eliminate aluminium exposure. The professional quality stainless steel body wraps around that copper core to help avoid hot spots.

This 16cm, 1.8 litre saucepan comes with a dome glass lid for easy viewing while you cook. The handle is permanently secured for strength and hygiene, and the satin finish inside has capacity markings for accurate results. It suits all energy sources, including induction.

Care and Use: Wash in hot soapy water before first use and avoid harsh scourers. Never put cold water into a hot pan, avoid excessive high heat, and never use oven cleaner. It is dishwasher safe, although hand washing is recommended to extend the life of the product. Oven-safe to 220/250°C with/without the lid.
