Part of the SCANPAN Pro IQ range, this saucepan brings together the features the brand is known for. It is squeeze cast from 93% - 96% recycled aluminium for quick, even heat distribution, and finished with SCANPAN's exclusive STRATANIUM non-stick coating. The stainless steel trims and ergonomic handle are both attractive and practical, and it suits all cooktops including induction.

Designed and made in Denmark, this pan is guaranteed not to warp, is ovenproof to 250°C and comes with a tempered glass lid.

Care and Use: Before first use, wash in hot soapy water with a nylon brush and avoid harsh scourers. For routine cleaning, empty the pan once cooking is complete, fill it with hot soapy water and scrub with a soft nylon scourer. Avoid harsh or abrasive cloths and cleaning liquids or pastes. Although dishwasher safe, hand washing is recommended to extend the life of the product. Do not use excessive high heat.
