SCANPAN - COPPERNOX ROASTER WITH RACK - LARGE

Roast with ease in the Scanpan Coppernox Roaster with Rack. It has a mirror polished 18/10 stainless steel finish inside. The cast stainless steel handles have soft touch silicone inserts that are comfortable to hold. A rack is included.

This is the large size in the Coppernox range. It suits all cooktops except induction and is oven safe to 220°C. The handles are secured with rivets, and the roaster comes with a 10 year warranty against manufacturing defects.

Dimensions: Internal 40 x 29 x 10cm. External, including handles, 48 x 31 x 14.5cm.

Material: 18/10 mirror polished stainless steel.

Care and Use: Before first use, wash in hot soapy water with a nylon cloth or brush and avoid harsh scourers. After cooking, let the pan cool before cleaning. Remove food and fat residue with hot soapy water and a nylon cloth or brush. Do not use excessive high heat, as it can cause heat tint or streak marks. Handwashing is recommended to extend the life of the roaster, although the range is dishwasher safe.
