Dimensions: 42cm x 26cm x 11cm including handles. Internal size 35cm x 24cm x 6cm.
Material: Stainless steel
Care and Use: Before first use, wash in hot soapy water with a nylon cloth or brush and avoid harsh scourers. After cooking, don't put cold water in a hot pan. Wait until it is cool, then remove all food and fat residue with hot soapy water and a nylon cloth or brush. Do not use excessive high heat, which can cause heat tint or streak marks. Although the range is dishwasher safe, hand washing is recommended to extend the life of the product.
