Every kitchen needs a good roaster, and the Scanpan Impact Roaster with Rack is one of the brand's best sellers. It is made from durable, high quality stainless steel and comes with a roasting rack. The unique conical shape makes the most of the capacity for its size.

The roaster is oven safe to 250°C. The supplier's page lists it for ceramic, gas, halogen, solid plate and radiant ring cooktops. It is dishwasher safe, though hand washing is recommended to extend its life.

Care and Use: Before first use, wash in hot soapy water with a nylon cloth or brush and avoid harsh scourers. After cooking, let the pan cool before washing. Remove food and fat residue with hot soapy water and a nylon cloth or brush. Do not use excessive high heat, as it can cause heat tint or streak marks. To remove streak marks, make a paste of 2 tablespoons of bi-carb soda and water. Apply it with a soft cloth in a circular motion, then rinse off as normal.
