SCANPAN - ELEKTRA ROASTER - MEDIUM
The Scanpan Elektra Roaster is made for roasting vegetables, smaller cuts of meat and side dishes. It has a 5-layer clad build that combines stainless steel and aluminium. This gives fast, even heat distribution and good heat retention, for consistent, golden results.
The full-body clad design resists warping and spreads heat evenly from the base to the walls. The stainless steel interior is non-reactive and oven safe. It suits everyday roasting and serving straight from the oven. It is compatible with all cooktops, including induction, and is oven safe up to 250°C.
