It is made from high quality 18/10 stainless steel with a 6.4mm thick bonded base for even heat distribution. The polished interior has capacity markings that make measuring easy. The drip-free pouring rim helps keep things tidy, and the handles are secured with rivets. It suits all cooktops including induction, and it is oven-safe to 220°C/250°C with/without lid. It comes with a 10 year warranty against manufacturing defects.

Care and Use: Before first use, wash in hot soapy water with a nylon cloth or brush and avoid harsh scourers. After cooking, don't put cold water in a hot pan. Wait until it cools, then clean with hot soapy water and a nylon cloth or brush. Avoid excessive high heat, which can cause heat tint or streak marks. The pan is dishwasher safe, but hand washing is recommended to extend its life.
