Make heating milk, sauces and small portions a breeze with the Scanpan Impact Milk Pan. This 14cm, 1.2L pan has a stylish two tone matt and polished finish, and the polished interior has capacity markings so measuring is quick and easy.

From the popular stainless steel Impact range, it is made from high quality 18/10 stainless steel with a 6.4mm thick bonded base for even heat distribution. The rim is designed for drip-free pouring with two pouring spouts for extra accuracy, and the handles are secured with heavy duty rivets. It suits all cooktops, including induction, and is backed by a 10 year warranty against manufacturing defects.

Care and Use: Before first use, wash in hot soapy water with a nylon cloth or brush and avoid harsh scourers. After cooking, let the pan cool before washing and do not put cold water in a hot pan. Do not use excessive high heat, as this can cause heat tint or streak marks. Although the range is dishwasher safe, hand washing is recommended to extend the life of the pan.
