Bring Danish design to your Sunday roast with the Scanpan Impact Induction Roaster. It comes with a stainless steel roasting rack that lifts your meat or vegetables up off the pan juices. A drip-free rim makes it easy to pour pan juices and sauces, so you can make gravy in the same pan.

The roaster is made from 18/10 stainless steel with a satin and polished two-tone finish, and it goes from oven to cooktop to table. Its heavy-duty impact-bonded base spreads heat evenly and suits all cooktops, including induction. Riveted handles give a secure grip when you carry it to the table.

Oven Safe: Up to 220°C with a lid, up to 250°C without a lid
Care and Use: Before first use, wash in warm soapy water with a soft nylon cloth or brush, then rinse and dry. Avoid abrasive cleaners and harsh scourers. Let the roaster cool before cleaning, and don't add cold water to a hot pan. It is dishwasher safe, but hand washing is recommended to keep the finish looking its best and extend its life. Avoid overheating the roaster when it is empty and don't use excessive high heat.
