Its squeeze cast body is made from 93%-96% recycled aluminium for quick and even heat distribution, and the pan is finished with SCANPAN's exclusive STRATANIUM non-stick coating. Stainless steel trims and an ergonomic handle add to its practical design.

Part of the Pro IQ range, this pan is designed and made in Denmark and is suitable for all cooktops, including induction. It is ovenproof to 250°C, and guaranteed not to warp.

Care and Use: Before first use, wash in hot soapy water with a nylon brush and avoid harsh scourers. After cooking, fill the pan with hot soapy water and scrub with a soft nylon scourer. Hand washing is recommended to extend the life of the pan, although it is dishwasher safe. Do not use excessive high heat.
