SCANPAN - CLASSIC GLASS LID - 20CM
Keep an eye on your cooking without lifting the lid. This 20cm Scanpan Classic spare lid is made from tempered glass, so you can monitor your meal while it helps retain heat and moisture. Its domed design gives extra capacity, and the stainless steel rim and bakelite knob make it durable and comfortable to handle.
The lid is designed to fit a wide range of Scanpan cookware, including saucepans, stewpots, stockpots, casseroles and sauté pans. Each lid matches the pan diameter of the same size for a secure, efficient fit. It is heat resistant to 250°C. Some assembly is required.
Care and Use: Before first use, wash in hot soapy water with a nylon brush or cloth and avoid harsh scourers. For routine cleaning, use a soft nylon scourer and hot soapy water, and never use harsh or abrasive cloths or cleaning liquids or pastes. The lid is dishwasher safe, but hand washing is recommended to extend its life. Do not use excessive high heat.
