SCANPAN - IMPACT GLASS LID - 18CM
Keep an eye on dinner without lifting the lid. This Scanpan Impact Glass Lid in the 18cm size is made from tempered glass, so you can watch your cooking while the heat and moisture stay in the pan.
Designed to suit Scanpan Impact cookware, it has a domed shape and a polished stainless steel rim and handle that match the clean, modern look of the Impact range. It is oven safe to 200°C.
Care and Use: Before first use, wash in hot soapy water with a nylon brush or cloth and avoid harsh scourers. Although it is dishwasher safe, Scanpan recommends hand washing to extend the life of the lid. Do not use excessive high heat.
