SCANPAN - HAPTIQ FRYING PAN - 32CM
The Scanpan HaptIQ Frying Pan is a premium pan made in Denmark for cooks who want reliable everyday performance and a refined stainless steel finish. Its 5-ply body of 18/10 stainless steel and aluminium heats quickly and evenly, and it suits all cooktops, including induction.
The Stratanium+ non-stick surface gives good food release and strong searing, and it cleans easily with little or no oil. The pan is oven safe to 250°C, making it a good fit for everything from quick breakfasts to smaller everyday meals. It is suitable for metal utensils.
Material: 5-ply body in 18/10 stainless steel and aluminium, with Stratanium+ non-stick surface

Care and Use: Heat on medium for a few minutes before frying. Avoid overheating, as this reduces the non-stick effect. Hand washing is recommended to extend the life of the pan, although it is dishwasher safe. Let the pan cool for 5 minutes before washing in hot water with washing up liquid, and do not use harsh or abrasive cleaners.
