Meet the Scanpan Axis Fry Pan, a handy 20cm pan that pairs the even heating of copper with the convenience of stainless steel. Its 5-layer construction has a copper core wrapped in a heavy-duty stainless steel body. Heat spreads rapidly and evenly, so you can saute, fry, caramelise or sear with confidence.
The edges are sealed to prevent aluminium exposure, and the satin finish 18/10 stainless steel interior is stylish and easy to clean. The ergonomic riveted handle is permanently secured for strength and hygiene. This Danish-designed pan suits all stovetops, including induction. It is also oven safe.

Care and Use: Wash in hot soapy water before first use and avoid harsh scourers. Never put cold water into a hot pan, avoid excessive high heat, and remove all food fat and residue after cooking. Never use oven cleaner. Although it is dishwasher safe, hand washing is recommended to extend the life of the pan.
