SCANPAN - COPPERNOX FRY PAN - 28CM
Bring even, reliable heat to everyday cooking with the Scanpan Coppernox Fry Pan. The base is impact bonded with a copper wedge for rapid and even heat distribution. The copper is wrapped in two layers of aluminium and surrounded by stainless steel, which helps the pan hold its heat and avoids hot spots.
The inside has a mirror polished 18/10 stainless steel finish. The cast stainless steel handles have soft touch silicone inserts that stay cool, and they are secured with rivets. This pan is suitable for all cooktops including induction. It is oven safe to 220°C and comes with a 10 year warranty against manufacturing defects.

Care and Use: Before first use, wash the pan in hot soapy water with a nylon cloth or brush and avoid harsh scourers. After cooking, let the pan cool before washing and do not use excessive high heat, which can cause heat tint or streak marks. The pan is dishwasher safe, although hand washing is recommended to extend its life.
