SCANPAN - COPPERNOX FRY PAN - 26CM
Get even, reliable heat in your everyday cooking with the Scanpan Coppernox Fry Pan. The base is impact bonded with a copper wedge for rapid, even heat distribution. The wedge is wrapped in two layers of aluminium, with stainless steel surrounding the whole pan, which helps retain heat and avoid hot spots.
The Coppernox range has a mirror polished 18/10 stainless steel interior. The cast stainless steel handles have comfortable, stay-cool soft touch silicone inserts and are secured with rivets. This pan suits all cooktops, including induction, and is oven safe to 220°C. It comes with a 10 year warranty against manufacturing defects.
