SCANPAN - IMPACT FRY PAN - 16CM
Part of the popular Impact range from Scanpan, this fry pan is made from high quality 18/10 stainless steel. It has a stylish two tone matt and polished look and a contemporary satin finish that suits most kitchen décor. The optimal 6.4mm thick bonded base spreads heat evenly, and the pan is compatible with all cooktops, including induction.
A drip-free pouring rim and handles secured with heavy duty rivets make it practical for everyday cooking. The inside has a mirror polish, and the pan is oven safe to 220°C/250°C with or without the lid.

Care and Use: Let the pan cool before cleaning, and avoid cold water in a hot pan. Do not use excessive high heat, as heat tint or streak marks can result. Wash it in hot soapy water with a nylon cloth or brush before first use. Handwashing is recommended to extend its life, although the range is dishwasher safe.
