SCANPAN - CLASSIC FRY PAN - 28CM
The Scanpan Classic Fry Pan brings the brand's STRATANIUM non-stick coating to everyday cooking, so you can fry with little or no added fat. Its patented handle assembly uses a locking system rather than screws or rivets, helping the handle stay firm over time.
Made in Denmark from 100% recycled squeeze cast aluminium, this pan is part of the original, timeless SCANPAN Classic range. It suits gas and ceramic stovetops and is oven safe to 250°C. It is not compatible with induction cooktops. A 10 year warranty against manufacturing defects applies, and the lid is not included.
Care and Use: Wash before first use in hot soapy water with a nylon brush, avoiding harsh scourers. Hand washing is recommended to extend the life of the pan, although it is dishwasher safe. Avoid excessive high heat.
