SCANPAN - CS PLUS FRY PAN - 28CM
Meet the Scanpan CS+ Fry Pan, a 28cm pan that brings commercial-grade performance to everyday cooking. Its Stratanium+ non-stick technology has a micro-textured surface for exceptional food release and searing, and it is completely free of PFOA and PFOS from the start of manufacturing right through to the finished pan.
Handcrafted in Denmark, the pan has a five-layer clad aluminium construction with a brushed stainless steel exterior. The stainless steel and aluminium body spreads heat quickly and evenly, with superb heat retention. It suits all cooking surfaces, including induction, and is oven safe to 260°C.

Care and Use: Dishwasher safe, although hand washing is recommended as shown in the Scanpan User Guide. Dry thoroughly after use.
