Cook with confidence in the Scanpan Pro IQ Fry Pan. Its exclusive STRATANIUM non-stick coating sits on a squeeze cast body made from 93% to 96% recycled aluminium, which heats quickly and evenly. The stainless steel trims and ergonomic handle add a sleek, practical finish.
Designed and made in Denmark, this pan is guaranteed not to warp and is suitable for all cooktops, including induction. It is ovenproof to 250°C and comes with a 10 year warranty against manufacturing defects.
Material: Squeeze cast 93% to 96% recycled aluminium with STRATANIUM non-stick coating and 18/10 stainless steel handles and knobs
Care and Use: Before first use, wash in hot soapy water with a nylon brush and avoid harsh scourers. After cooking, fill the pan with hot soapy water and scrub with a soft nylon scourer. Avoid harsh or abrasive cloths and cleaning liquids or pastes. The pan is dishwasher safe, but Scanpan recommends hand washing to extend its life. Do not use excessive high heat.
