SCANPAN - CLASSIC INDUCTION FRY PAN - 20CM
Upgrade your everyday cooking with the Scanpan Classic Induction Fry Pan. Part of the timeless Classic range, it is now suitable for all stovetops including induction. The famous non-stick coating allows fat free frying, and the handle is attached with a patented locking system that uses no screws or rivets, so it will not loosen over time.
Designed and made in Denmark, the pan has an exclusive Stratanium non-stick surface and a squeeze cast aluminium body for quick, even heat distribution. It is guaranteed not to warp, is oven safe to 250°C and is suitable for metal utensils. The bakelite handle is backed by a 10 year warranty against manufacturing defects.
Care and Use: Heat the pan to medium for a few minutes before frying, with or without oil, and avoid overheating or using aerosol sprays. Clean the pan while it is still warm, washing in hot soapy water with a soft nylon scourer. It is dishwasher safe, but hand washing is recommended to extend the life of the pan.
