Make hearty casseroles, stews and roasts with the Scanpan Impact Dutch Oven. This 24cm, 4.8 litre pot has a stylish two tone matt and polished finish, and the tempered glass lid lets you keep an eye on dinner without lifting it.

Part of the stainless steel Impact range, it is made from high quality 18/10 stainless steel with a 6.4mm thick bonded base for even heat distribution. The rim is designed for drip-free pouring, and capacity markings on the polished interior make measuring quick and easy. The cast stainless steel handles are secured with rivets and designed to stay cool for a long time. Suitable for all cooktops including induction, and oven safe to 250°C without the lid or 220°C with the lid on. It is backed by a 10 year warranty against manufacturing defects.

Care and Use: Before first use, wash in hot soapy water with a nylon cloth or brush and avoid harsh scourers. After cooking, let the pot cool before washing with hot soapy water. Avoid excessive high heat, which can cause heat tint or streak marks. Although it is dishwasher safe, hand washing is recommended to extend the life of the product.
