Its premium five layer construction spreads heat evenly, and the interior is high quality 18/10 stainless steel with a soft satin finish. Internal capacity markings and sealed edges, which keep the aluminium from being exposed, add to its practicality.

This 24cm, 5.2L pot comes with a domed tempered glass lid with steam release vents and a wide stainless steel rim. It has cast stainless steel handles and knobs. It suits all cooktops, including induction, and is oven-safe to 220°C with the lid or 250°C without it. It is backed by a 10 year warranty against manufacturing defects.

Care and Use: Before first use, wash in hot soapy water with a nylon cloth or brush and avoid harsh scourers. After cooking, let the pan cool before adding water, then clean with hot soapy water. Do not use excessive high heat, which can cause heat tint or streak marks. It is dishwasher safe, but hand washing is recommended to extend the life of the product.
