Bring elegant Danish design to your stovetop with the Scanpan HaptIQ Dutch Oven. This 26cm, 6.5 litre pot has a sleek mirror polished finish and the new Stratanium+ non-stick surface. The surface is designed for exceptional searing with little or no oil, and is suitable for metal utensils and intensive use.

Part of the premium HaptIQ range, it is designed and made in Denmark. The 5 ply body combines stainless steel with a squeeze cast core of 93% - 96% recycled aluminium for even heat distribution and lasting durability. It is guaranteed not to warp, has mirror polished stainless steel handles that stay cool longer, and suits all cooktops including induction. It is ovenproof to 250°C.

Care and Use: Heat to medium heat for a few minutes before frying, with or without oil, and take care not to overheat as this reduces the non-stick effect. Using an aerosol spray is not recommended. Leave to cool for 5 minutes, then wash in hot soapy water with a soft nylon scourer and avoid harsh or abrasive cleaners. Hand washing is recommended to extend the life of the product, although it is dishwasher safe. Stainless steel handles may get hot over time, so you may need an oven mitt.
