Bring a classic piece of cookware into your kitchen with the Scanpan Coppernox Dutch Oven. The base is impact bonded with a copper wedge for rapid, even heat distribution. The copper is wrapped in two layers of aluminium, with stainless steel surrounding the whole piece, to help hold heat and avoid hot spots.

The mirror polished 18/10 stainless steel body has capacity markings inside for easy measuring, and a drip-free pouring rim. The sturdy lid has a stainless steel rim and a tempered glass insert so you can keep an eye on your cooking. The cast stainless steel handle has soft touch, stay cool silicone inserts and is secured with rivets. It suits all cooktops, including induction, and is backed by a 10 year warranty against manufacturing defects.

Care and Use: Before first use, wash in hot soapy water with a nylon cloth or brush and avoid harsh scourers. The range is dishwasher safe, but hand washing is recommended to extend the life of the product. After cooking, let the pan cool before adding cold water, and do not use excessive high heat, which can cause heat tint or streak marks.
