Make hearty casseroles, stews and roasts in the Scanpan Impact Dutch Oven. This 22cm, 4.5 litre size is made from high quality 18/10 stainless steel. It has a thick bonded base and a tempered glass lid, so you can watch your meal cook without lifting the lid.

The cast stainless steel handles are riveted to the pot for a permanent attachment, and they are designed to stay cool for a long time. The rim is shaped for drip-free pouring from any angle, and the polished interior has capacity markings that make measuring quicker. It suits all cooktops including induction, and it comes with a 10 year warranty against manufacturing defects.

Care and Use: Before first use, wash in hot soapy water with a nylon cloth or brush and avoid harsh scourers. After cooking, let the pot cool before washing, as cold water should not go into a hot pot. Do not use excessive high heat, which can cause heat tint or streak marks. It is dishwasher safe, but hand washing is recommended to extend its life. Oven safe to 250°C without the lid and 220°C with the lid.
