SCANPAN - HAPTIQ DUTCH OVEN - 24CM
Add a touch of Danish design to your kitchen with the Scanpan HaptIQ Dutch Oven. Its sleek, mirror polished stainless steel finish looks elegant, and the Stratanium+ non-stick surface gives exceptional searing results with little or no oil. It is a restaurant grade coating that is suitable for metal utensils and intensive use.
Designed and made in Denmark, the 5 ply body combines high quality stainless steel with a squeeze cast core of 93% - 96% recycled aluminium for even heat distribution and lasting durability. The mirror polished stainless steel handles stay cool longer, and the pot is guaranteed not to warp. It is ovenproof to 250°C and suitable for all cooktops, including induction, and comes with a 10 year warranty against manufacturing defects.

Care and Use: Heat to medium heat for a few minutes before cooking, with or without oil, and take care not to overheat, as this reduces the non-stick effect. Aerosol cooking sprays are not recommended. Stainless steel handles may get hot over time, so you may need an oven mitt. Clean while still warm (after cooling for 5 minutes) in hot soapy water with a soft nylon scourer, and never use harsh or abrasive cloths or cleaners. Dishwasher safe, but hand washing is always recommended to extend the life of the product.
