SCANPAN - HAPTIQ DUTCH OVEN - 20CM
Bring a touch of Danish design to your kitchen with the Scanpan HaptIQ Dutch Oven. Part of Scanpan's premium stainless steel non-stick HaptIQ range, it has a sleek, mirror polished finish and a Stratanium+ non-stick surface that sears well with little or no oil. The surface is also suitable for metal utensils and intensive use.
Designed and made in Denmark, the 5 ply body combines stainless steel with a squeeze cast core of 93% - 96% recycled aluminium for even heat distribution and lasting durability. The stainless steel handles are mirror polished and stay cool longer. This Dutch oven is ovenproof to 250°C, suits all cooktops including induction, and is guaranteed not to warp. It also comes with a 10 year warranty against manufacturing defects.

Care and Use: Heat to medium heat for a few minutes before frying, and take care not to overheat, as this reduces the non-stick effect. Clean while still warm, after a 5 minute cool-down, in hot soapy water using a soft nylon scourer, and never use harsh or abrasive cleaners. Dishwasher safe, but hand washing is recommended to extend the life of the product. Stainless steel handles may get hot over time, so an oven mitt may be needed.
