Part of the Impact range from SCANPAN's Danish designers, this wok is made from high quality 18/10 stainless steel with a polished inside finish. The 6.4mm thick bonded base spreads heat evenly. The rim is shaped for drip-free pouring, and the handles are secured with rivets. It suits all cooktops including induction, and is oven-safe to 220°C with the lid or 250°C without it. It comes with a 10 year warranty against manufacturing defects.

Care and Use: Before first use, wash in hot soapy water with a nylon cloth or brush and avoid harsh scourers. Don't put cold water in a hot pan. Wait until it cools, then remove food and fat residue with hot soapy water. Do not use excessive high heat, as it can cause heat tint or streak marks. The range is dishwasher safe, but hand washing is recommended to extend its life.
