SCANPAN - IMPACT CHEF PAN - 32CM
Bring professional-style cooking home with the Scanpan Impact Chef Pan. Made from high quality 18/10 stainless steel, it has a stylish two-tone matt and polished look that suits going straight from cooktop to tabletop. The inside has a mirror polish, and the tempered glass lid lets you keep an eye on your cooking without lifting it.
The thick 6.4mm bonded base helps spread heat evenly. The pan suits all cooktops, including induction, and is oven safe to 220°C without the lid or 250°C with it. The drip-free pouring rim helps keep things tidy, and the handles are secured with stainless steel rivets. It is backed by a 10 year warranty against manufacturing defects.

Care and Use: Before first use, wash in hot soapy water with a nylon cloth or brush and avoid harsh scourers. After cooking, let the pan cool before washing, and don't put cold water into a hot pan.
