Hand crafted in Denmark from 93% to 96% recycled aluminium, the squeeze cast body heats quickly and evenly and is guaranteed not to warp. The heat resistant handles are fixed with a patented system that uses no rivets, screws or springs, so cleaning up after cooking is easier. It suits all cooktops including induction, can move straight from the cooktop to the oven (ovenproof to 250°C), and carries a 10 year warranty against manufacturing defects.

Care and Use: Heat the pan to medium for a few minutes before frying, with or without oil. Avoid aerosol sprays and overheating, which reduces the non-stick effect. Wash while still warm, leaving it to cool for 5 minutes first, using hot soapy water and a soft nylon scourer. Hand washing is recommended to extend the life of the pan, although it is dishwasher safe.
